Imagine calling for maintenance, having a gentleman, who knows your name, show up within record time and immediately know how to fix the problem. Our maintenance man has been with us for over 15 years and can probably fix just about anything. He can tell you what's wrong with the dishwasher because he is the one who worked on it last.
